Day 13: Don’t Worry

” Don’t worry about anything; instead, pray about everything. Tell God what you need, and thank him for all he has done. ” Philippians 4:6

These days there seems to be a lot to worry about. Every where I go people are anxious, worried, afraid, sad, disappointed. I can’t say I blame them. I do, however, feel that there is only so much anxiety any one person can take. Uncontrolled stress is one of the leading causes of burnout and unhappiness . After we do our part to attempt to “fix” things, we must “cast our cares.” We must let go and let God. Focus on controlling the things that are within our control and find a way to work through the angst and uncertainty. Yoga, journaling, painting, spending time with friends… whatever you need to do. Find a way to destress, unwind, and let go.
