Follow your dreams… even the wild ones!

Hey everyone!

IMG_3368

Um yea, about that photo challenge. I’m gonna complete it… one day… LOL. But in the meanwhile I wanted to share with you all that I just checked something off of my BucketList!! I am now officially a dance fitness instructor! Anyone who knows me knows that I LOVE exercise and fitness. I have always loved dancing, cheerleading, running, gymnastics. I cheered from 4 years old through college… then I switched to running because it was “easier” to do with my limited free time. I ran a few marathons, 10Ks, 5Ks, etc. But… my love for dancing and music has NEVER gone away. So in an attempt to further have BALANCE in my life, I am now a dance instructor! I’m going to take the next few months to learn my routines and prepare and then spread my love for dancing, fitness, and overall wellness! In my quest to help others (The last 12 years have been spent learning endlessly, working an unbelievable amount of hours, and giving up my youth- pretty much just to helping others.) I’m glad to be doing something just because I think it is FUN and of course I want to help others see the joy and beauty in having a healthy body and mind!

Research shows exercise can help control mild/moderate depression. It improves your self-image. It provides an outlet for the stressors of daily life… I hope that I can share all of this with people in my community!

Can you feel the excitement?

So about that balance thing… No one can work hard all the time with no reprieve. It would be pointless to party all of the time with no time to focus on the future you want to create. The beauty is always in the balance.

Here are some pics and screen shots (don’t judge) to enjoy! LOL. I’m super excited

I just LOVE this quote. Let go of things that are heavy. Life is too short to be miserable. Choose JOY!

  1. Nice quote! I love it. “Just because it is heavy! “. That is the best reaon for letting it go! Whatever “it” is! Yes I feel the excitement. I’m glad you’re finally able to do some things you really enjoy like dancing.

    Pretty pictures of you too.
